Your figures
How it’s worked out
Gross yield is the year’s rent divided by what the home is worth. Net yield takes off our fees and your other costs first.
Our fees here are the service you choose, plus the £300 inc. VAT set-up and marketing fee. Fully Managed is 12% inc. VAT of the rent, and Let Only is 7.2% inc. VAT of the first 12 months’ rent. Costs can change after the first year, so see every fee.
What to put in other costs
Add what applies to you, such as mortgage interest, insurance, repairs, service charge, ground rent and safety certificates. The calculator doesn’t allow for income tax or for any time the home is empty.
